DESIGN COSTS are ONCE OFF
payable to me for the design of the website.
Once paid the website belongs to you and you own full copyright.
I accept deposits on orders over R1000.
The deposit is non refundable.
All website designs are finalized in 30 days.
Work done AFTER 30 days will be charged per hour.
Please ensure there are no delays in feedback, lack of cooperation or late submission of material.

HOSTING AND REGISTRATION
THESE COSTS are an agreement between you and your selected host – not etouch.
I can advise but cannot control, add to or negotiate your contract on your behalf.

Website packages include counter, an online contact form and
some search engine optimization with keywords and URL submission.
Website packages do NOT include animation,
flash graphics or roll over effects. These can be added at an additional cost.
Website material needs to be submitted in digital image format -
photography and scanning can be done at additional cost.
Website copy needs to be supplied in a word format.
Re-typing is done at extra cost - please ensure your supplied material is final.
Ensure you spell check - before submitting material.

All my website designs are 100% original designs – I do not buy any existing templates available online or in store.

I am not liable for copyright infringements on websites containing material supplied by you or added by you. I use what you supply and take it in good faith that the material is original, or bought and legally owned by you.

Each website and the content is unique and will have a growth curve of its own - IN IT'S OWN TIME -
I am not liable for lack of business income or performance - due to a website's performance on the world wide web. I CANNOT GUARANTEE page rank, visitors or growth. I can merely optimize and arm the web for growth - within the limits of time and money provided by you to spend on your web.
